Holistic Psychotherapy

Through the convergence of contemplative practice and dynamic moving practice, practitioners experience a profound healing, relaxation, and resurgence of energy. The rhythm of the ocean reminds us that our bodies are fluid and in constant interplay with the elements. Connecting to the pristine and primordial pulse of existence and the realization that our body is our temple on earth. Just like the ocean moves through cycles and we inhale and exhale, our body needs circulation, fluidity and movement.
The regular practice of yoga will open to you new gateways for feeling, perception and being. You will cultivating strength and balance, profound gratitude, and awareness of the interconnectedness of all beings.
Mindfulness Sessions For Groups
Mindfulness is part of my therapeutic approach and I offer classes separately for groups who are interested to experience this evidence based approach to well-being.
What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness is a journey for wholeness. Rooted in Buddhism, it is a revolutionary research based technique for coping with stress and dealing with depression and anxiety.
After a sustained practice, you will become attuned to bodily sensations and feelings and learn to recognize particularly your preprogrammed routines who tend to perpetuate difficulties.
Through processes like body scan, mindful movement, mindful action, and guided meditation, you will be able to skillfully respond to any thought or situation. Bringing awareness of the manifestation of a problem in the body will enable you to step out of automated pilot and verbal analytic routines. Breaking habits that no longer serve you will have truly transformative and uplifting impact on your life.

Utilizing Creative Arts Therapy by actively creating or experiencing art is part of my mission. If you choose to work with me, I will guide you to access and celebrate the creative force in you.
